Feature Requests

Recall does this sometimes, but it is not consistent and in my experience does not happen most of the time. It would be nice if this happened consistently so that every video that is saved automatically has a "YouTube | [Channel Name]" as one of the tags.

Auto tag the cards based on their content

If I want to change a tag name for a card, like typo or.. I would have to delete the tag and type the correct one again every time, I want to update it in the existing one. And thanks for what you re doing

The feature should be able to allow batch modification of tags on items in Recall through multi-selecting the items, then choosing to add / remove tags. This feature would greatly assist in lowering the amount of time users have to spend adjusting tags to fit into their organizational system by being able to move tens or hundreds of items from one category to another, instead of the current method, which requires users to go into each card, then remove the tag, then add the new tag - which moves their place in the sidebar as well, then requiring you to scroll back to the place you were to repeat. This has been a real struggle for my Recall knowledge base, and as someone who values efficiency, I would greatly appreciate the ability to make this process much more efficient and effective for all of us who use this great product. Thank you.

I'd like to have a tag editor where can do things like create a new tag and assign things to it, bulk select tags to merge or delete, and nest & hide certain tags on the left column, such as Youtube -> Authors

I have a tag "To review" and I would love to be able to create a bookmark for that page so i can easily reach my overviw of items for review. Now the page with items is simply: https://app.getrecall.ai/items and if i filter items the UR stays the same.

Add a "+" icon so we can add tags to existing cards from this view https://app.getrecall.ai/items without having to open the item individually

Recall is creating lots of links that I don't consider relevant, about places, things, etc. Not only I have to manually delete each link on the bottom of the summary after the summary is created, the works created from the links are turned into cards in the main screen, polluting the view of the saved documents. I even deleted a saved document by mistake whiel deleting the 30+ word/sentence cards created. This in itself will prevent me from subscribing, at it becomes too much work to keep everything tidy, beating the purpose of using an AI.

Currently when you assign a tag, you get the tag that already available. Good. But now I want to create a another nested folder, I have to retype the entire folder structure, because you can't re-use the available tag and add another tag. For example: Tag: Technology/AI/ Now add: Technology/AI/OpenAI I can't reuse the first two tags.

I've noticed when I create cards the text colour is set statically. For example, if I'm writing a card in light mode, then naturally I type in black text, and when I'm in dark mode, then naturally I write in white text. However, when switching from dark mode to light mode or vice versa, the text gets hidden with the background. please fix. A suggestion: Having a button to fix/anchor text colour based on D/L mode for flexibility
