Recall-Zapier Integration
C
Carter Krech
As a Recall user,
I want to integrate Recall with Zapier,
So that I can automate workflows between Recall and other applications, enhancing my productivity and making knowledge management more efficient.
Triggers in Recall:
New Knowledge Card Created: Triggers when a new knowledge card is created in Recall. This can be used to log activities, send notifications, or create related tasks in other apps.
Knowledge Card Updated: Triggers when an existing knowledge card is updated. Useful for tracking changes and updating related documents in connected apps.
Knowledge Card Deleted: Triggers when a knowledge card is deleted, which could be used to clean up related data in other applications or databases.
Actions from Recall:
Create a Knowledge Card: Allows users to create a new knowledge card in Recall from another app, such as from a new email, a task completion, or a note-taking app.
Update a Knowledge Card: Enables updating an existing knowledge card with new information from triggered actions in other apps.
Delete a Knowledge Card: Provides the ability to delete knowledge cards based on actions or triggers from other connected applications.
Use Cases:
Automated Knowledge Management: Automatically create knowledge cards in Recall for each new task added to a project management tool.
Learning and Development: When a new article is saved in a read-later app, a new knowledge card is created in Recall for summarization and review.
Team Collaboration: Update a Slack channel or Microsoft Teams when a new knowledge card is created or updated, keeping the team informed of new knowledge assets.

Love it, as I have been building my knowledge base in Fabric, I will want to have the option to move them my Recall summaries.

Seconding this, it's the main feature I'm missing from Recal. I love the platform but would really love to be able to export this knowledge automatically as well.

Capacities is my main PKM, being able to synch between the 2 would be a huge advantage for both systems.

Recall GPT Integration in the OpenAI GPT Store
C
Carter Krech
As a Recall user,
I want to integrate my Recall account with GPT via the OpenAI GPT Store,
So that I can interact with my knowledge base in a conversational manner and manage my knowledge cards directly through GPT commands.
Acceptance Criteria
Authentication: Users can securely authenticate their Recall account with the GPT app, ensuring data privacy and security.
Conversational Interaction: Users can "chat" with their Recall knowledge base, asking questions or seeking information stored in their knowledge cards.
Direct Commands for Management: Users can use specific keywords (e.g., "create," "update," "delete", "summarize", "link", "reference") to manage their knowledge cards within the chat interface.
Cross functionality: Users can ask the GPT to "Summarize" content/links/images/pdfs in the chat, leveraging the style that Recall uses for the Knowledge cards. The user can then either ask the GPT to create a knowledge card for that, or just use that summary as the please.
Some Use cases:
Research Assistance: Users conducting research can quickly store snippets of information as knowledge cards directly through their GPT chat session.
Learning & Review: Users studying new topics can ask GPT to quiz them on knowledge cards within specific categories or tags.
Brainstorming: Users can update knowledge cards on the fly during brainstorming sessions conducted via GPT chat.

Should be much appreciated. Both ways, when something new is stored as well as push content in
