Can't you just use the one from the chrome web store? Works fine for brave, edge and Vivaldi ( tested my self)
Or am I misunderstanding something?

bogunic Recall is not available as an extension with Opera browser - imho it's a popular enough browser to justify Recall having an Opera extension 😅

Michael Bull Opera browser is Chromium-based browser so why not just use the chome webstore and use the extension from there? Or is that blocked on Opera for some reason?
All ( to my knowledge) Chromium browsers can use (most) extensions directly from the chrome extension webstore
