Knowledge Base Chat that can answer specific questions with specific answers

I have hours of educational Content. And when I try to "chat" with the AI, it often gives short, vague answers to specific questions I'm trying to get answers to.
Out of 10, I'd say the ability to chat and capture useful answers to my questions when talking to my knowledge base is about a 3 out of 10.
I know the answers are in the content, but it doesn't find it well.
For example: "What were specific offerings companies did to land the first 5 clients?"
It will give me vague general answers that are total unusable. like "Cold Calling" But without details on exactly what the specific thing was. I find that it stores the information, but almost as the worlds dumbest person and it cant put two and two together.
Which is the main reason I'm using recall. To summarize large amounts of content and find themes, and examples.
