Yes, please add the ability to add voice notes with transcription so we can record lectures, personal thoughts and meetings. The app "TwinMind" does this well and if it merged with Recall it would make the ideal product for creating and managing a Second Brain.

Active Recall and Verbal Elaboration
Record an audio recording to the card, which can be accessed in the parent card (via a back link) as well as in the child card (recorded source). This allows for a big-picture overview when reading from the parent card and accessing the audio while reading all the texts when hovering over the links.

I'm a paying annual customer and I would love to see audio note capabilities in Recall (on the web and iOS, not sure if there's a macOS desktop app yet).
A great tool to model after here is https://get.mem.ai
You can record anything on the fly, and it transcribes and summarizes it for you, and keeps the original audio file as a connected "source" inside of the note, so you can listen back to what you said (if needed).
