Add the chance to "Star" or Pin Cards

I saved more than a dozen cards in one day, but i'd like to read thoroughly just three or four of them. I'd like to have a way to put a Star or sthg similar to some cards, to remember that they are in my "Reading List". I thought of using an extra tag (like "to read tomorrow"), but a star could be quicker and smoother.
Similarly, i'd like to have a way to identify more quickly the cards where i have made highlights.

This is 100% something critical to my workflow. A certain number of saved cards needs further attention and I'm adding an extra tag to "bookmark" those for review. It would be fantastic to have a "star" or "pin" function (alongside a setting to allow this to be automatically added to all new cards). I'd say an "Inbox" workflow would solve this for me.
