We're continuing to expand the types of content Recall supports — while actively testing some big new features: chat, search, and bulk import of personal markdown.
What’s new:
- TikTok support: Save and summarize TikTok videos.
- Long YouTube videos: Videos over 5 hours are now supported (if they have a transcript).
- Mobile UX improvements: Fixed scroll jumping & Back button now closes drawers and modals properly
Still working on:
- Mobile share intent: Fixing Recall not showing in the share list.
- Offline mode: First version — your Notebook will be available offline.
- Referral fixes: Account verification & referrals.
- PDFs in extension: Solving issues with local & arxiv.org PDFs.
- Language Expansion: Support summaries and AI features in many more languages.
- OCR for image-based PDFs: Add support for PDFs that contain only images (no text layer).
