Now when i want to summarise a pdf that is online, if i open the pdf in the browser and then click on recall extension, it asks me to "upload" the pdf: i have to download the file, and then upload the offline file in Recall. It would be definitely straighter and smoother to just make Recall work directly on the online pdf file, and moreover in this case it could also save the url of the file for future reference.

Allow for detailed and short summaries of informatin to be created. The detailed summaries are great to ensure all detil is captured, but short summaries will be beneficial for quick review if necessary.

Currently the linked texts are yellow, and that is the same colour as the background of highlighted text, so when a linked text is highlighted, it is displayed as if it is not a linked text, which is confusing.

Clicking anywhere else on the page closes the popup. This drives me crazy. You have a close button, I want to leave the popup open unless I click close. This behaviour could be a setting.

Currently Recall works best with English content; the quality of the summaries are a lot lower in other languages. This feature is to improve summaries in different languages.

The AI summary of a video is shown in the Notebook adjacent to the video transcript. It would be nice if you could expand the notebook and collapse the transcript. You can currently expand the transcript and collapse the notebook. It would be nice to do this the other way around, too - expanding the notebook and collapsing the transcript.

Sometimes I don't want to have a summary but just a copy of a text. To study, maybe partly summarize, annotate etc.

Prevent to upload duplicate files

I'd love to have a dark mode setting to follow my system preferences. This applies to all platforms 🫶 I'm used to have everything light by day and dark by night without having to toggle every app manually.
