An option where we(the user) provide the prompt that ai uses to generate the questions.
This way we can be specific in what we do and don't want which may produce better questions. Maybe I only want to focus on a single chapter of a pdf.

Provide the prompt is a good idea, I would suggest also providing just a piece of text like transcripts of a video or a section of a pdf file. That way questions would be more accurate and would provide the user a more granular approach to spaced repetition.
